According to the article below, the Red River Memorial Day Rally will no longer happen. The city of Red River has said that it will no longer promote the Motorcycle Rally. There are talks that there might still be a Memorial Day event in Red River, NM, but without reference to motorcycles.

2023 NM Red River Motorcycle Rally
In 2023 the Red River Memorial Day Motorcycle Rally will celebrate its 40th year. Over 25,000 riders will attend the 2023 Red River New Mexico motorcycle rally. And the Red River Rally is on the LightningCustoms.com’s Major Motorcycle Rallies List.
Next, one of the attractions is riding the 84-mile loop on the Enchanted Circle Scenic Byway. Plus, there are lots of other amazing motorcycle rides in the area. In addition, there will be live music/ Also, there will be a bike show, guided ride, tattoo contest, other contests, vendors, and other attractions.

2022 Red River New Mexico Rally Information
First, the dates and attractions for the 2022 Red River Memorial Day Rally are below. And in 2022, this 40th annual New Mexico motorcycle rally will attract over 20,000 riders to the town.
Next, one of the big attractions at the Memorial Day Motorcycle Rally is the riding in the Sangre de Cristo Mountains. In particular, you should check out the Enchanted Circle Scenic Byway 83-mile loop ride.
Not only is there riding during the Rally but there are also attractions all over the town during the Red River Rally. Next, the main areas for the rally are downtown and Brandenburg Park, as well as the Red River Conference Center.
Next, one of the Red River Memorial Day Rally’s most meaningful events is the ceremony honoring our nation’s Veterans. And this will happen in Brandenburg Park.
Some other Red River Rally’s attractions include live music, leather & lace shows, stunt shows, and vendors. Finally, the proceeds from the Motorcycle Rally will go to Beds4Kidz.org and UpB4 the Son Charity.
